Notice of Annual General Meeting

Carlton AGM

The club’s AGM will be held at the pavilion on Friday 26 January, starting at 7pm.


The full notice can be downloaded here.  This also includes an annex explaining the proposed subscription rates for the coming season and the rationale behind them.  There is a second annex detailing the proposed reserves policy for the club which will also be discussed at the meeting.


The meeting will include reports from the President, Director of Cricket, Youth Director and Treasurer as well as the election of directors.


Any Motions for consideration at the Annual Meeting, including nominations for directors, must be submitted to the Secretary before 7pm on Friday 19 January. Copies of the Annual Accounts are available on request from secretary@carltoncc.co.uk
