Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, and UK and Scottish government guidelines relating to staying at home, the Annual General Meeting of CARLTON CRICKET CLUB LIMITED will be held by Webex on Friday 22^nd May 2020, commencing at 7.30pm to deal with the following business:

6. Treasurer’s Report & presentation of Annual Accounts for the year to 31st October 2019 – including Approval of Membership Subscriptions for 2020
7. Election of Honorary Life President
8. Election of the Directors of the Company (see table below)
9. Any Other Competent Business
