Saturday 6th April  - outdoors at last

The outdoor season starts on Saturday 6th April. Firstly, it’s the first outdoor nets of the year - 12pm - 2pm. Secondly, it’s Cricket Force day at Grange Loan.

After nets, there are plenty of jobs needing done - fixes to nets, general ground tidy, scorebox clean, sibcas tidy, changing rooms painting etc. If everybody can share an hour or two, it makes an enormous difference. We’ll even get some pizzas in after all the work’s done!

Pete Steindl to head senior coaching

Carlton’s new head coach for senior cricket will be Pete Steindl.  Pete is already in the thick of winter training with our senior sides and will lead the senior coaching set-up for the 2019 season.

Pete is a Level 4 coach and a former national head coach. He is a familiar face at the club, having been senior coach in 2014 and coached the Carlton women's side for the past few years. We're sure Pete will once again have a positive influence at all levels of the club.
